The Cluster Foster village has a distinctive family-oriented foster care model, ensuring children have both a familial atmosphere and access to a network of foster families and community staff. Our Early Childhood Development Centre delivers high-quality preschool education, particularly benefiting local children who may not have had access otherwise.
