Baboon Matters

Baboon Matters Trust (BMT) provides emergency rescue equipment and training to organisations working with baboons and injured wildlife in South Africa. Dedicated to the conservation and welfare of baboons, we focus on protecting baboon populations, advocating for their rights, and promoting coexistence between humans and baboons. BMT efficiently treats and releases injured wildlife back into the wild to eliminate extensive suffering. We develop training material and databases to ensure efficient response to injured wildlife encounters by the public. We strive to foster a harmonious relationship between humans and baboons while ensuring the long-term survival of these primates.
