Rural Development Support Program

The Rural Development Support programme (RDSP) actively supports the protection of human rights, with a particular emphasis on the rights of women, poverty alleviation, equality and the prevention of Gender-Based Violence. Founded by social activists Jane De Sousa and Rosanne Shields in 1992, RDSP operates with a highly qualified and experienced all-female staff and an efficient operational model. The organisation focuses on working directly with and in rural communities, addressing critical social issues and empowering vulnerable populations.
