The Gift of the Givers

Gift of the Givers provides disaster relief, medical support and humanitarian aid to communities in need globally. It is the largest non-governmental organisation of African origin with a wide range of projects, including the establishment of hospitals, clinics, agricultural schemes, wells and houses. We offer scholarships, manufacture energy food, renovate fishing boats and provide food and shelter to millions of people in South Africa and beyond. Founded by Dr. Imtiaz Sooliman in 1992, the organisation responds to emergencies such as droughts, earthquakes and conflicts. Gift of the Givers operates with a team of dedicated volunteers and partners with various organisations and donors to deliver timely and effective aid to those facing crises and hardships.
